With solemn reverence, we commemorate Max Edward Gagermeier of Alexandria, Virginia, whose life came to an end on October 29, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gagermeier and Nelda Gagermeier; his former wife Linda Anne Gagermeier (Hetrick); and his siblings, Warren Ramsey (Mary), Charlotte Veregge (Jack) and Jean Lamberson (Ray).
He is survived by: his children, LeeAnne Murrell (Matt) and Ed Gagermeier (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Danielle Whalen, Abigail Gagermeier, Joseph Murrell, Lauren Gagermeier and Trey Gagermeier; his great grandchild Jackson Stearns; and his wife Audrey Kathleen Gagermeier (Murawski). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church (8710 Mount Vernon Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22309).
