He was predeceased by : his parents, Phyllis Taylor and Clifford Taylor. He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Stephanie, Michael, Tanequa and Christopher; and his nephew Robert Lindsay. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and Cousins.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cunningham Turch Funeral Home (811 Cameron St, Alexandria, VA 22314).
