Moore (Zack); his uncle Robert F. Carter (Clarice); his niece Ashley R. Carter; his nephews, Reginald Carter Jr. and John M. Wilkins; and his close friend Rima Irabi. He is also survived by great nephews, a great-great nephew and a host of cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harvest Assembly Baptist Church (8008 Fordson Rd, Alexandria, VA 22306). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Snowden and Bethlehem Memorial Gardens (1900 Collingwood Rd, Fort Hunt, VA 22308).
