He is survived by: his son Tovaun McNeil of Baltimore, Maryland; and his siblings, Betty Palmer of Alexandria, Vieginia, Joyce McNeil of Temple Hills, Maryland, Denise Easley of Dumfries, Virginia and Dennis McNeil of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (909 Queen St, Alexandria, VA 22314). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at the Bethel Cemetery (1430 Wilkes St, Alexandria, VA 22314).
