He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Mieke Cranford; his grandchildren, Anneke and Arden; his sister Janna Dankel; and his siblings-in-law, John Dankel, Diane Whitehead, Alan Whitehead, Gerald Mitchell, Jennifer Mitchell and Ian Mitchell. He is also survived by his six nieces and nephews and five grand-nieces and -nephews; and many more family and friends.
