He is survived by: his wife Anita Ackerman; his son Arthur Winer; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Gillman; his granddaughter Aviva Winer; his brother Robert Winer; his sister-in-law Mary Winer; and his nephews, Ben Winer and Ari Winer.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the King David Memorial Gardens (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Stephen's name to Lebanon Family Health Services, an organization he long supported.
