He is survived by: his wife Anne Keene; his children, Jessica Halsey, Melissa Halsey, Joe Keene and Shannan Keene; his grandchildren, Samm Keene, Robert Keene, Arielle Coburn and Cameron Webster; his great grandchild Maelynn Earlywine; his siblings, Patrica Brill, Peggy Bacon, Teresa Halsey, Kevin Halsey, Dennis Halsey, Christine Bollo, Kelly Halsey, Eileen Filipowicz and Darren Halsey; and his sister-in-law Colleen Halsey.
