With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Parnell of Allisonia, Virginia, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Leonard and Mandy Pauline Caviness Parnell; his brother James Parnell; his niece Missy Semones; and his brother-in-law Chuck Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Parnell; his daughter Kayla Stuart (Ricky); his grandson Riley Stuart; his siblings, William "Buster" Jospeh Parnell (Betty), Roger Lee Parnell (Nancy), Junior Isom Parnell (Lowetta), Gary Leon Parnell (Elma), Ricky Lane Parnell, Jeweldene "Jewel" Hoover and Rebecca "Becky" Sue Meredith (Bill); and his sister-in-law Wanda Parnell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
