He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Puckett and Sharon Martin. He is survived by: his aunt Carolyn Tucker of Gladys; his sisters, Tara Moore (H. B. Simpson, Jr.) of Gretna and Kim Barbour (Tony) of Pittsville; his cousin Sherry Wien (Gary) of Belmar; and his close friends, Ken Owens and Vicky Jones. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and great-nephews.
