He is survived by: his children, Sylvia Smith (Phillip) and Gary Michael Howell; his siblings, Eva Elmore and Roger Howell (Phyllis); his son-in-law Danny Cox; and his grandchildren, Autumn Mayhew (Frankie), Tommy Cox, Timmy Howell, Brooke Patterson (Scott), Mark Smith, April Smith, Peggy English, Jessi Howell and Lauren Walden (Jamie). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
