He is survived by: his wife Diane Johnson Mann; his children, Jeanie Jones of Evington, VA, Raymond Mann (Julie) of Johnson City, TN, Sean Mann of Altavista and James Mann II (Stacy) of Concord, VA; his grandchildren, Meghan Harter (Gerry), Ashton Haag, Makenna Haag, Ashley Cozart (Justin), Emily Mann, Evan Mann, Torri Bower and Sean Gregory Mann; his great grandchildren, Max and Lacey; and his brother Tony Mann of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
