She is survived by: her children, Germaine Monroe of Altavista and Julian Monroe (Taelor) of Morristown, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Clarence, Malachi, Tahj and Taedon; her great grandchildren, Caidence and Abbrielle; her siblings, Janice Monroe of Altavista, Tracey Calloway (Curtis) of Chatham, Virginia, Bernard Monroe of Lynchburg, Tony Monroe of Lynchburg, Charlie Monroe and Darnell Monroe (Valerie) of Hurt, Virginia; her friend Street; Isaac Monroe (Sandra) of Altavista. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
