T.), Mark Carter (Teresa) and Patrick Carter; his grandchildren, Adam, Lori, Shane, Jay, Katie, Nicholas and Grace; and his siblings, Thomas Carter, Jimmy Carter of Danville, Hilda Nostrandt of Richmond and Mary Ellen Goss of Niceville, Florida.. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
