He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley M. Kerns, Sr. and Margaret Slayton Kerns; and his wife Dora Ann Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Jennie (Samuel), Jo Ann and Robert (Dee De). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
