He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Junior Lowery and Vivian Green Lowery; and his sister Vicky Throckmorton. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Anderson of Roxboro, NC; and his sister Phyllis Lowery (Lawrence). He is also survived by nieces, cousins, and incredibly special friends.
