He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie Owens and Joseph Owens Sr.; his wife Nannie Marie Robinson Owens; and his sister Katherine Owens. He is survived by: his children, Percell Jr. (Marilyn), Perry (Tamica), Pernell (Marjorie), Darrell (Shaniell), Tosha Shaw (Lawon) and Tiera; and his sister Brenda (Herbert). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the M. W. Hawkes Funeral Home (15001 Patrick Henry Hwy, Amelia Court House, VA 23002). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
