He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace D. "Doug" Stinson and Nancy B. Stinson. He is survived by: his wife Betty E. Stinson; his daughters, Melissa D. Mull (Billy B. Mull Jr.), Deana Joy Stinson and Gracie E. Stinson McCarty (J. Seth McCarty); his granddaughters, Hannah Mull, Marlee Mull and Marrion Mull; his stepmother Patricia B. Stinson; his aunt Shirley B. Smith; and his cousins, Joel Smith (Brandy Smith) and Terrell Stinson (Teresa Stinson).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (4465 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572).
