He is survived by: his wife Joy C. Fulcher; his sons, Dwight David and Jonathan Kieth Fulcher (Mary Elizabeth Fulcher); and his grandchildren, Christopher Dunn (Jami), Patricia Leighanne Falls (Charles "Buck"), Travis Fulcher, Presley Fulcher, Jonathan Sebastian Fulcher and Scarlett Elizabeth Fulcher. He is also survived by 7 Great grandchildren.
