He was predeceased by : his parents, Garland Graydon Wilmer and Edith Gardner Wilmer; his adoptive mother Vicki Schwedt; and his brother Jason Schwedt. He is survived by : his adoptive father Jeff Schwedt of Amherst; and his half-brothers, Harris C. Gardner, Jr. of Bedford and Robert W. "Bob" Gardner (Ann) of Lynchburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
