He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Wright Marshall; his children, Jennifer Renee Marshall, Brittany Dawn Marshall Franklin and Zachary Ray Marshall (Sarah Marshall); and his grandchildren, Mason Franklin, Marshall Franklin, Lillian Wallace, Savannah Wallace, Wylan Wallace, Colton Marshall, Madilyn Marshall and Kaci Marshall.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (8408 Thomas Nelson Hwy, Lovingston, VA 22949). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
