Johnson; her children, Melanie Johnson (Mindy), Kim Darrah (Kent) and Van Johnson (Carrie); her grandchildren, Jack Darrah (Madi), Georgie Javelosa (Martin), Alaina and Hunter Johnson; her great grandchild Kennedy Darrah; and her sister-in-law Mary Wootton (Earl).

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elon Presbyterian Church (2290 Cedar Gate Rd, Madison Heights, VA 24572). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (650 Thrashers Creek Rd, Amherst, VA 24521).
