He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Pentecost and Effie Jennings Martin; his sisters, Linda Diane Barker, Martha Louise "Stinky" Wright and Myrtle Ann Pentecost Deaner; and his stepsons, Paul Ford and Jesse Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pentecost; his brothers, Michael and David Pentecost; his daughter Misty Foster; his stepson Troy Ayers (Kristinna); his grandchildren, Jennifer Stech, Jessica Lewis, Brittany Gilbert, Kayla Schull, Courtney Lethcoe, Ryan Ford, Justin Ayers, Tarah Ayers, Bryson Ayers, Bella Ayers and Lilly Ayers; his friends, Charlene Cohn, Christy Goad and Steve Pauley; his close friend Daniel Chase; and his pets, Candy and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and dear friends.
