With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Lynn Thomas of Amherst, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 60. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Thomas and Dorothy "Louise" Thomas; her husband Larry Wayne Tucker, Sr.; her brother David Thomas; her daughter Jessica Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Logan Ryan Tucker (Kayla) and Elijah Markham Taylor.

She is survived by: her siblings, Blaine Thomas and Janet Layne (Jeff); her children, Parker Thomas (Jessica), Jamie Rogers King, James Robert Rogers (Hannah), Larry Wayne Tucker, Jr. (Dawn), Richard Tucker (Kristie), Tina Tucker Zirkle (Elden) and Tony Tucker; her son-in-law Elden Zirkle; her granddaughters, Liberty Mosby and Cali-Mae Mosby; her great grandchild Skyla; and her grandchildren, Kayla (Mario), Brandon (Mindy), Shane (Jessica), Caleb (Liorah), Landon, Richard Jr. (R. C.), Nathan, Sierra, Trey, Brailynn, Audrey, Copelan, Jacob Molina, Ivy Headley, Tyler Headley and Levi Headley. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
