She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Russell and Margaret Russell; her sister Maureen; and her brother-in-law Danny Blasucci. She is survived by: her husband James Eicher; her brother Robert Russell (Lynn); her children, Susan Schamp (Dale) and Ken Neeld; and her grandchildren, Madison, Andrew Fairall, Ashton, Jackson Eicher, Kirin Eicher and Gabriella Neeld. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Patricia's name to FoxTales Wildlife Rehab in Midland, VA, honoring her lifelong love for animals.
