He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Richard, Patricia DeWolfe and Nina McCoy. He is survived by : his sons, Joel, Joseph, Nicholas and Christopher; his parents, Doug DeWolfe and Gail DeWolfe of Defiance, OH; his wife Maryellen DeWolfe (Long); and his sisters, Stephanie DeWolfe (Amro Mohammed) of North Plainfield, NJ, Shannon Hageman (Tom) of Archbold, OH, Sarah Hendon (Reuben) of Galena, OH and Stacey Nolt (Jake) of Hicksville, OH.. He is also survived by extended family, which includes 54 nieces and nephews.
