“I've known the Gubanich's since 1980. We shared many memories and so many good times. Jerry (Szablowsky) and Eddie worked many events together (Bingo, picnic, dances). Carol and I went shopping together every Tuesday for years. Shannon and my daughter were only a year apart and spent many days at each others' homes. Although we've lived in Virginia Beach for 27 years, Carol and I kept in touch. Eddie was a rock. Everyone loved him and he will be greatly missed. Eternal Memory, Eddie!”
