He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Agnes May Mooney (Walsh); his wife Joan Ann Mooney (Apicella); and his sister Claire May Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Paul Joseph Jr. (Jessica), Mary Ann Elizabeth Kitchen (Erik), Rita Marie Baird and Jennifer Agnes McManamay (Ronald); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Linkous (James), Mark Edward Mooney, Paul Foster Mooney (Jessica) and Jennifer Lynn Kitchen; his great grandchildren, Makayla Anne Linkous and Colt Foster Mooney; his stepgrandson Carl Ray Shifflett; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Alannah, Tiannah, Rayleigh, Myah and Madeline.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Antique Wireless Association or a charity of choice.
