He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Eckert and Catherine Eckert of Syracuse; and his wife Jayne. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy of Herndon, VA, Hugh (Stacia Schwartz) of Fairfield, PA and Nicholas of Herndon, VA..
