He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Virginia Whitehead Doss and James Lloyd Doss; and his brothers, Larry Doss, Randolph Doss and Arthur Doss.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lauren Chapman (Matthew), Jessica, Rachel, Chace and Austin; his siblings, Garland Doss, Kenneth Doss (Sandy), Wayne Doss (Jan) and Josephine Cox (Willie); and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Doss and Nancy Doss. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
