He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Seamster Redd Moore; his parents, Carrie Johnson Moore and Robert "Buck" V. Moore; and his brothers, Kenneth Moore and James Moore.
He is survived by: his siblings, R. D. "Bob" Moore, Forest, Betty M. Ramsey, Madisonville and Fay M. Bartley; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnne Dawson and Izetta Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
