He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Moore Burks; and his parents, Jack Lee Burks and Lucy Riley Burks. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Wayne Burks (Bonnie); his great grandchildren, Callan Dudley (Timmy), Kristen Trent (Dwayne), Kasey Almond (Jake), Rawlings Dudley, Georgia Dudley, Maggie Trent, Beau Almond and Burks Almond; and his close friend Paige Nolen. He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
