She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Belle O'Dell and Clarence Maynard Newton; and her sister Clarice Ann Newton. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" M. Warner; her children, Charles M. Warner, Jr., Charla M. Curtis (John) and Shauna M. Parsons (Bob); her grandchildren, Jonathan M. Curtis, Olivia M. Clark (Joshua), Rachel M. Vaughan (Alex), Jared M. Curtis and Natasha B. Parsons; and her great grandchild Penelope M. Clark.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Evergreen Ruritan Club, PO Box 51, Evergreen, VA 23939.
