He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell D. Fleshman and Doris Garrett Fleshman. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Marie Jensen (Paul W. Jensen) of Evergreen, L. D. Fleshman (Marissa Fleshman) of Appomattox Va and Melinda D. Brewer (Gordon W. Brewer) of Edmond, Oklahoma.; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Fleshman, Adam Fleshman, Tiffany Campbell and Samantha Brewer.
