He was predeceased by: his mother Hannah Pannell. He is survived by: his wife Janie Maude Baker Haskins; his daughters, Cynthia M. Haskins of Richmond, Brenda A. Taylor of Fort Worth and Andrea V. Ferrell of Chester; his sons-in-law, Sigmund A. Ferrell of Chester and Otis D. Taylor of Fort Worth, Texas; his grandchildren, LaTasha Williams, Kimberly Haskins, Tiffany Anthony, Lesley Wade, Eric Haskins, Antonio Williams, Robinson Crusoe Haskins, Anthony Williams, Jr., Alexas Taylor, Ty'Quan Williams and Adriona Taylor; and his cousins, Margaret Reeves, Russell Randolph, Mary Anderson and Wanda Rose. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (1303 Mt Zion Rd, Red House, VA 23963). A burial was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery (1303 Mt Zion Rd, Red House, VA 23963).
