With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Wayne Baldwin (Appomattox, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2019 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Tolbert and Aubrey Edward Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Jones Baldwin; his children, Michael Edward Baldwin (Samantha) of Appomattox, Jennifer Lynn Baldwin Saint and Henri of Florida; his siblings, Virginia B. Fulcher (Edward) of Appomattox, Peggy B. Gobble of Pamplin, Nancy B. Letterman (Steve) of Appomattox, Billy Baldwin (Debbie) of Pamplin and Gene Baldwin (Theresa) of Pamplin; his grandchildren, Becca Rhea, Jonathon, Sarah, Savannah Baldwin, Jordan Cardec, Cole Cardec, Tyler Cardec and Zane Saint Jean; Frances Daniels. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
