It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Walker of Appomattox, Virginia, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kidwell and Louise Kidwell; and her husband Harold S. Walker, III. She is survived by : her children, Stephanie Brown (Gregg) and Michael Evenson (Stephanie); her grandsons, Patrick (Hannah), Chase, Nicholas (Theresa), Samuel, Jackson and Maxwell; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Joanna and Lilly; and her brothers, Hal Kidwell (Shirley) and Michael Kidwell (Natisha).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CASA of Central Virginia in memory of Sharon.
