He was predeceased by: his parent Holly Ernest Gobble; and his brother James T. Gobble. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Rose Layne Inge; the mother of his children Peggy Gobble; his sons, Tommy R. Baldwin (Terry) and Shawn D. Gobble (Karen); his grandchildren, Brea Baldwin, Shane Baldwin, Megan Gobble and Brody Gobble; and his siblings, Gene Gobble (Kathy), Virginia Rose Farlow (Mike) and Rita Faye Bucknam.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522).
