Lowe, Jr. (Sandra) of Powhatan; his granddaughters, Victoria Gochez (Jayson), Stephanie Wise (Brian) and Melissa Stowers (Dan); his great grandchildren, Brian, Logan and Amelia; his brothers, David Lowe (Cathy) of Delaware, Bobby Lowe (Charlotte) of Delaware and Jerry Lowe of Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Judy Lowe of Delaware.
