He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Lowe and Loma Vance Lowe; and his brothers, Harold and Vernon Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Annette Emert Lowe; his children, Teresa Lynn L. Case of Richmond and Virgil G. Lowe, Jr. (Sandra) of Powhatan; his granddaughters, Victoria Gochez (Jayson), Stephanie Wise (Brian) and Melissa Stowers (Dan); his great grandchildren, Brian, Logan and Amelia; his brothers, David Lowe (Cathy) of Delaware, Bobby Lowe (Charlotte) of Delaware and Jerry Lowe of Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Judy Lowe of Delaware.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522).
