With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Warren Lee Hastings of Appomattox, Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Warren may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Creighton J. Hastings and Janet H. Averill. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Hastings; his brother Roger M. Hastings; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Hastings and Fred Averill.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Herman Methodist Cemetery (2989 Piney Mountain Rd, Appomattox, VA 24522).
