We bid farewell to Brody Schwartz of Ararat, Virginia, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 8, 2025 at the age of 14. He is survived by: his parents, Lauren Goins (Nick Moore) and Ben Schwartz (Adaire); his brothers, Brantley Schwartz and Brooks Goins; his stepbrothers, Finlee Tate and Beckham Storms; his grandparents, Cindy Woodruff (Jay Hooker), Don Goins, Jr. (Carolyn Choate), Brenda and Daniel Schwartz; his great-grandparents, Delories, Don Goins, Sr., Bill Joe and Irene Woodruff; his aunts and uncles, Jordan Schwartz (Tessa), Brianna Gordon (Zach) and Yancey Simmons (Hannah); his great-aunt Jill Simmons; his cousins, Viola Simmons, Waylon Gordon, Memphis Gordon and Jaden Schwartz; and his close friend Gus. He is also survived by many other great-aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
