He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Joan Warden; his son Anthony Bottoms; and his brother Gary Bottoms. He is survived by: his father Jerry Wayne Bottoms; his children, Meghan Bottoms and Chase Bottoms; and his siblings, Jeanette Spillman (Johnathan), Lisa Lankford (Warren) and Jerry Bottoms (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
