She is survived by: her children, Dena Collins, Jerry Wayne Collins (Laura) and Michael Ray Collins (April); her brother-in-law Pat Smith (Robert); her brother Clifton Thomas; and her sister-in-law Louise. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister.
