He is survived by: his parents, Arnold Bender and Mary Lou Wright Bender; his wife Rachel Irene Lane; his daughters, Laura Spurlin (Caleb) and Nikita Lester; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kadeveyan, Zyionna, Josie Irene and Joseph; his siblings, BettyJo (Danny), Barbara (Chris), Arnold Jr. (April), Lawrence James (Jennifer) and Jerry Bender (April); his extended family, Donnie, Patricia Adkins, Angie, Donna Kay, Vicky Adkins and Eliana Avila; and his best pal Cujo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
