He is survived by: his wife Patsy Culbertson; his children, Christian MacIver (Jonathan), Carla Crabtree (Shannon) and Chubby Culbertson, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Mandy Culbertson; his stepson Stephen Overton; his grandchildren, Cierra Culbertson, Madison Culbertson, Cayman MacIver, Carly MacIver, Cameron Crabtree, Caroline Crabtree and Cole Bryant; and his siblings, Terry Culbertson (Donna) and Patti Klein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in his name be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
