Carmel will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie Valitutti. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lynn Haase (Greg) and Janice Valitutti (Ted Kanakis); her grandchildren, Alexander Haase and Leslie Pizarro (Jeno); and her great grandchild Grace Pizarro.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. (336 Wilson Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Parish (119 W Chestnut St, Washington, PA 15301).
