She was predeceased by: her parents, Broaddus Cannon and Kate Cannon; her husband Vernon Lee Haynes; her sons, Vernon Haynes, Jr. and Jim Haynes; and her siblings, B. D. Howard, A. R. Howard, C. F. Gatewood, Thomas, C. W. Comer, Claude and Lou Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Anderson (David) and Adam Haynes; her sister Evelyn Hart; her grandchildren, David Anderson, II and Melissa; and her great grandchildren, Shayn, Shaun, Kristian, Kaitlynn, Bethany, Raelyn and Brennan.
