She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Monroe Slone and Angeline Slone (Lina Combs); her mother Golda Slone; and her sister Sarah R. Phillips of Clearwater, Florida.. She is survived by: her husband Harold Alfred Haugen; her son Harold Alfred Haugen Jr.; and her siblings, James H. Moore of Clearwater, Larry Moore of Front Royal and Patricia Shockey of Leesburg, Virginia..
