She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kate Shaner Welstein and Irving Welstein; her husband Harry Kogan; her daughters, Amy Kogan-Andrus (Glenn Andrus) of Haverhill, MA and Nina Kogan (Richard Abelson) of Alexandria, VA; her granddaughter Lauren Andrus (George Medrano); and her great grandchildren, Zoe and Zach Medrano.
