It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George A. Marsden of Arlington, Virginia, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on February 3, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine Schneider (Kay); his children, Michael Marsden (Linda), Jane Swinehart (late Rex), Catherine Metzger (John) and Mary Weckesser (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sarah Stramonine (Seth), Jacob Metzger (Kayla), Madeline Nizamis (John), Catherine Patterson, Erin Rapp (Tristan), Benjamin Marsden (Anna), Sarah Hendron (Joey), Natalie and Eileen Weckesser; his great grandchildren, Caden, Claire, Cora Stramonine, Isabella, Sophia, Olivia, Lilliana Nizamis, Dean, Joanna Metzger, Bryce, Chase Patterson and Baby Hendron; his sister Marion Hennessey; his sister-in-law Nancy Marsden; and his father Bill Donnelly of Joseph's Church.
