He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Larry Owen Manning (Marilee) of Naples, Florida; his children, Gary Lee Manning, Linnea Elizabeth Niclas and Jeanne Denise Coyne (Richard); his grandchildren, Alicia Marie Torres (Edward) and David Allen Coyne (Emilee); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Allen Torres and Adeline Marie Coyne.
